The Little Kahuna offers the same rectangular look as its big brother, in addition to its spacious, wide cutting surface. Designed for extensive kitchen use, the Little Kahuna gives you a high quality cutting surface and still plenty of room to work on. Surely to become a permanent fixture in any kitchen.

Unlike most other hardwoods, bamboo absorbs very little moisture and consequently does not shrink or swell as much, making it a superior choice of material for cutting boards. It is 16% harder than maple, which means less visible knife marks keeping the cutting board looking brand new for years to come.

Hand wash with a mild dish soap in warm water and periodically wipe with mineral oil to bring out the beautiful grain of the bamboo. Do not put it in the dishwasher or let it soak in water.
