From the Specialty Pan series by Berndes, this Stir Fry Pan measures 11-in. in diameter and is the perfect vessel for a quick, even heat to saute vegetables or slices of meat and because it is so deep with its sloping sides, you can add any number of ingredients and liquids without splashing over the side. Made from heavy-gauge spun and drawn aluminum, it is exceptionally sturdy. The 3-layer nonstick interior and 2-layer nonstick exterior surface is guaranteed never to chip, crack, blister, bubble or peel and makes it easy to clean the pan while also eliminating the need for excess fats, oils, or cooking sprays. The phenolic handle allows for safe and easy transport without the need for potholders. Made in Germany. Hand washing recommended.
