How to Order
Our goal is to make ordering your custom china as easy as
possible. There are five basic pieces of information we need
from you to get started.
- The number of place settings, service pieces and/or open stock items
you'd like.
- Quantities for each of the items you wish to order.
- If available, a copy of the design you would like to use in .tif, .jpg, .eps, .ai, or .png format.
- If you would like help with your design, any information,
descriptions, examples, or other design instructions to
help our designers understand your needs.
- Any additional information, comments or questions.
The easiest and quickest way to get started is to download our easy-to-use
Custom China Design Planner.
Review the information and complete the planner. Then photocopy,
and mail or fax to us. We will contact you with any questions
we may have. Once we've received your design and order requirements,
we will provide you with a cost estimate.
How Long Does it Take?
Typically, 12-14 weeks from the time we receive design approval and your payment.
