Production Schedule for Monogrammed China and Custom Dinnerware from Kitchehshop.com

Production Timeline

Upon receipt of your Custom China Design Planner, our design and production staff will review the information and will contact you with questions or requests for additional information.

Once we have finalized the basic design parameters, we will provide you with a formal estimate to produce your china. A digital mock-up of your design will be included with the estimate for you to review/confirm.

Upon receiving your approval of the digital mock-up and the cost estimate, including a signature release for the design and your down payment, we will begin production. We will not begin production without a signed design approval from you.

A typical production schedule is as follows:

a. 21 - 30 days for design production
b. 14 - 30 days for production and firing of your china
c. 5 - 10 days for inspection, packaging, and shipping of your china
d. 5 - 10 days for delivery of your china via ground carrier
