All returns should be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of merchandise
by you. (This does not include items identified as damaged, so long
as you have notified us as instructed. See our shipping page for information regarding inspecting your merchandise.) You are responsible for freight
charges to return the items to us. A restocking fee of 20% and your original shipping charges will be deducted from the credit issued.
Merchandise to be returned should
be packed in the original shipping cartons with items padded and secured. Opened, non-defective items will only receive a store credit. We will not issue a cash refund if you have opened the original product packaging.
We strongly recommend you insure all items returned to Kitchenshop.com. Kitchenshop.com is not responsible for any damage to merchandise shipped for return that is damaged in transit.
Custom or monogrammed china for which production approval was obtained,
and any non-defective used merchandise, may not be returned. Defective
merchandise under warranty may be returned for repair or replacement.
For fastest service please include your name, address including email address, and a daytime phone number with any returned items. We may need to contact you regarding the returned merchandise.
